Instructions for GESR-CME Speakers

Dear Speaker,

ZOOM link  will be sent to you one day before your your lecture.

Join Zoom Meeting 15 Minutes before your lecture. 

Instructions for our speakers:

• 45 minutes for your presentation plus 15 minutes for discussion.
• <40 Slides are recommended Please use Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt or .pptx).
• Presentations could either have a 4:3 ratio or a 16:9 ratio. Both formats will be supported.
• Please use fonts with a minimum size of 16pt and GESR layout.
• Suggested fonts: Arial, Tahoma, Calibri
• Please upload your presentation to the GESR-Speaker Service before presentation: https://uni-muenster.sciebo.de/s/PorY7ZfKOmRDZSM
• Kindly be at the session room 10 minutes before the session starts to meet the moderators of your session and familiarize yourself with the technical and other equipment.
• Pre-recording is allowed (please contact: khaled.elsayad@ukmuenster.de to get our support).
